Tickets are non-refundable. They may not be transferred or resold through unauthorized channels.

All general admission tickets are standing room only. A small GA lounge area with limited seating will also be available on a first come, first serve basis.
VIP tickets include access to cocktail table seating in a premium viewing area (seats are not individually assigned).

There is no on-site parking. We recommend using ride share, carpooling, or public transportation.

Yes, re-entry is allowed. You must keep your wristband on for the duration of the festival.

Purses (6”x9”), fanny packs, or clear bags larger than 6”x9” are allowed (all bags larger than 6”x9” must be clear).

For everyone’s safety, please do not bring:
Outside food or beverages
Chairs, umbrellas, or tents
Weapons of any kind
Professional cameras (no detachable lenses)

Yes! The show is all ages. Kids 5 and under are free with a ticketed adult.

Yes — the show will be held rain or shine.

Absolutely! Food vendors will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.

No. Pets are not permitted (service animals excepted).

Yes, the venue site is ADA accessible. Please reach out in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.

No professional cameras are permitted (no detachable lenses or video rigs).

3. Basic point-and-shoot cameras (no commercial lenses, stands, selfie sticks)

Prohibited1. All outside food and drink
2. Coolers
3. Bags larger than 6”x9” that are not clear
4. Any professional recording equipment
5. Commercial cameras and drones
6. Umbrellas, tents, and chairs
7. Pets (except service animals)
8. Weapons and any kind of explosives
9. Bicycles (inside venue)
