6. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent our contact lists to third parties for their unrestricted independent marketing.

We may share information with:

Service Providers

Companies that help us operate websites, host data, send email or SMS communications, process forms, run analytics, measure advertising, manage campaigns, process payments, provide ticketing services, or otherwise support our operations.

Venues, Promoters & Event Partners

We may share limited information with venues, promoters, event organizers, ticketing providers, artists, sponsors, or other partners when reasonably necessary to operate an event, fulfill a registration or request, administer a promotion, resolve a customer-service issue, manage admission, or provide another service disclosed to you.

Unless otherwise disclosed, working with a partner does not mean that the partner receives unrestricted access to Digital Edge's complete contact lists for its own independent marketing.

Legal & Security Purposes

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, investigate fraud or security issues, protect our rights or property, or protect users or others from harm.

7. Advertising & Targeted Marketing

Digital Edge does not sell contact lists or personal information for money as part of our ordinary business practices.

However, certain privacy laws may define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly. In some jurisdictions, the use of advertising pixels, cookies, or similar technologies may fall within these definitions even when personal information is not exchanged for money.

Where applicable law provides you with rights regarding these activities, you may exercise those rights by contacting us or through privacy controls made available on the applicable property.

8. Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

  • Access to certain personal information

  • Correction of inaccurate information

  • Deletion of certain information

  • A portable copy of certain information

  • Opt-out from certain targeted advertising

9. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, honoring communication preferences, complying with legal requirements, preventing fraud or abuse, and protecting our legal rights.

We may retain limited information after an unsubscribe or deletion request when reasonably necessary to document and honor that request or comply with applicable obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

No website, electronic transmission, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Third-Party Websites & Independently Operated Properties

Our websites, landing pages, and communications may link to services operated by third parties, including venues, ticketing providers, payment processors, sponsors, social platforms, and other partners.

Those third parties may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy applies only to Digital Edge-operated properties that link to this Policy.

If a website, event property, campaign, or other digital property becomes independently operated by another organization and no longer links to this Policy, the privacy practices and policies of that organization apply to its subsequent operation.

11. Children's Privacy

Our general marketing websites and landing pages are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those properties.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to address the information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technologies, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this Policy.

Changes generally apply going forward. An updated Privacy Policy does not, by itself, authorize a materially different use of previously collected personal information where additional notice or consent is required by applicable law.
